Here at frontlinestyle it is felt that life is about learning and the inspiration and buzz that that can give. It helps us all to fulfill those aspirations that we have for our lives. It is with this in mind that the company offers not only a career, but also a career path. It is perfectly possible to start life straight from school and ultimately move into a management position. This can be in salon or creative management, or indeed in a training management position. There exist within the company a number of people who have done exactly that and who now successfully run their own areas of the company.

It is also possible for people to pick up their career after having children and with further training reach the same goal. Many people, once their children are growing up wish to have time to improve or update their qualifications, once again this can be done in a working environment.

Frontlinestyle is also keen to develop anyone who is joining from out of the country.

Training and Development

Over 10 years ago the company became a recognised Investors in People company, the status of which has been maintained throughout this decade. Frontlinestyle also won a National Training Award in 1997 and was a national finalist in the 2001 awards. Frontlinestyle is also closely involved with the local Learning & Skills Council and is particularly involved in the promotion and training of young people in the work-place and offers NVQ training from levels 1 -4 in Hair, Beauty and Salon Management.  Frontlinestyle is a firm believer in all concepts of personal development from developing young people to those returning to the workplace after raising a family for example, or simply those that want to broaden their skills. The team are regularly given the opportunity to attend courses and workshops to develop and widen their knowledge.
