Coronavirus update, 29th May 2020
We know this is a time of great uncertainty for us all, and we want to let you know what we are doing for you our customers. As you will be aware, under the current government guidelines, our salons are currently closed.
The following questions and answers I hope will help you with any queries you may have..
Can I order products online?
There is free delivery on orders over £35. We will contact you about your order and advise re payment.
Can I ask for advice?
Yes, we welcome your questions, so please contact us at the same email addresses given above.
What will happen about my next appointment?
Whilst we did contact many clients when we thought we may be able to re-open on June 29th, we have held back from contacting clients who have been currently booked whilst we wait for confirmation from the government that we will be able to re-open with certainty on the 4th of July. Our industry is lobbying for an opening date for salons prior to that so we await a definite decision before we continue to make further bookings.
This decision was taken to avoid a constant need to re-arrange your appointment. Once we have definite information we will be in touch with anyone who has an appointment booked, especially those currently booked prior to July 4th.
We are prioritising clients who already had appointments within the system, and we’re here to help you and value your loyalty and support. Our online booking system is currently available but as with all appointments we may have to contact you if any re-arrangement is necessary.
Will I need a new patch test for my colour before any future appointment?
Dependant on the time of your last colour, you may need a new test, but you will be advised about this when you re-book.
Perfumery Opening in Wells
We are currently looking at the possibility of re-opening our Perfumery in Wells which, under the new government guidelines, would be allowed to re-open on June 15th. There may be limited hours but it would enable collection and purchase of products where needed. There would be sensible restrictions on how the shop would be run in those circumstances.
How will you be kept in touch with our future plans?
Information will be available on our website, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
How will we protect you when we re-open?
We will take every precaution to keep you, our clients, and the Frontlinestyle team safe when we re-open. The opening hours will be extended to allow for a longer time frame between client visits and with less members of the team in at any given time. It will mean, however, that potentially you will be able to work your visit at a convenient time to suit you so long as your chosen stylist or therapist is working. The team will wear masks and protective equipment and have sanitiser available for you as you enter the building.
We will be asking everyone to pay via card or contactless payment to avoid the need for cash.
Further details will be given to you closer to the time of your visit, so that you are fully prepared. We will still want you to have the best possible time during your visit and enjoy the culture of Frontlinestyle despite the restrictions that we will sadly have to impose.
Once again, I really want to thank you, our valued clients for your support at this time. Our teams are really missing your visits.
I want to take this opportunity to say we are here to support you in these difficult times.
