Client Coordinator – Bath (Full time)
Client Co-ordinator is a front of house role, the candidate will be required to provide an efficient & friendly service to all clients of Frontlinestyle hair and beauty salon – both on the telephone & face-to-face.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet & greet all clients – book them into the system and ensure they are looked after.
Dealing with Telephone & e-mail bookings & enquiries of beauty treatments, hair appointments & day spa group bookings.
Processing & reconciliation of daily business.
Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the salon.
Updating and collating client data and running client reports.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Previous customer facing experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
High standard of personal appearance.
Strong I.T. skills.
Good with numbers.
Pro-active approach to work duties.
Good team player.
